Welcome to the Amazing Discounts Founders Club! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Founders Club and, if you choose to participate, the Affiliate Program. By joining the Founders Club, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Overview

• The Founders Club is a one-time payment membership that offers exclusive benefits, early access to new features, and the opportunity to earn income through our affiliate program.

• All Founders Club memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Affiliate Program Eligibility

• Founders Club members are invited to join the Amazing Discounts Affiliate Program at no additional cost.

• Participation in the affiliate program is optional.

• Affiliates must agree to the separate Affiliate Guidelines and complete a basic registration process.

3. Affiliate Compensation

• Affiliates earn 14% of the monthly $6.99 membership fee for each referral they bring in — up to $1 per month per referral, for a maximum of 12 months per referred member.

• Payments will be made monthly, subject to reaching a minimum payout threshold (e.g., $25).

• All referrals must use the unique referral link assigned to the affiliate to be tracked accurately.

4. Compliance

• Affiliates must not engage in spam, deceptive marketing, or any activity that violates local laws or damages the Amazing Discounts brand.

• Amazing Discounts reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for misconduct or breach of these Terms.

5. Program Modifications

• Amazing Discounts reserves the right to update or discontinue the Founders Club or Affiliate Program at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members and affiliates.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Amazing Discounts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Founders Club or Affiliate Program.

7. Member ID and Founders Club Dashboard Access

• Upon signing up for the Founders Club, members will receive a confirmation email containing their unique Member ID.

• That email will include a link back to the Amazing Discounts platform, where members will be prompted to enter their Member ID to register and gain access to the Founders Club Dashboard.

• The Dashboard is where members can:

  • Access exclusive perks and updates

  • Register for the Affiliate Program

  • Track affiliate earnings and referrals

  • Stay connected to the Amazing Discounts community
